About Us
As a 16-year-old high school student, I’ve found my true passion in helping seniors age in place safely and enjoy life to the fullest. Growing up in Northern Virginia, in a family with two generations of Marine Corps veterans, I’ve always understood the importance of service, dedication, and care. Our family has been involved in senior care for nearly three decades, and it’s something that holds a special place in my heart.
Recently, I had the privilege of working with Glen, an 87-year-old Navy veteran, and it was an experience that touched me deeply. We spent time together walking his beloved dog, Jackson, and making sure Glen had meals that he enjoyed, including his favorite dessert. Seeing the joy and comfort in his eyes made me realize just how much I love what I do. Caring for seniors like Glen isn’t just a job—it’s an honor, and I’m grateful for every moment I get to spend making their lives a little brighter.
Since the third grade, I’ve been helping out with home maintenance for seniors, learning the ropes from my family. Whether it’s changing lightbulbs, fixing a leaky faucet, or helping with bigger remodeling projects, I’ve always found joy in knowing that I’m making a difference. It’s been amazing to see how even the smallest changes can make a home safer and more comfortable for seniors. At Guardian Angels, we make sure every detail is taken care of so that seniors can continue to live independently and with peace of mind, just like I’ve been doing for years.
